Our client

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Account Director for one of our major clients. You will be part of a 50+ person sales team responsible for the commercial growth of our client’s business, selling across flagship events. The team spans offices in Europe, Asia and the Americas with a collaborative, competitive and vibrant atmosphere.

About the role

As Account Director, you will oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients – often complex in nature – and maintaining strong relationships. You’ll also source and identify new business opportunities and will cross-sell into other relevant areas of the business.

About you

Our client wants to work with someone who is passionate about growing the business and exceeding expectations. You must want to understand and fully engage with your market, have a passion for sales, and be able to provide concise executive summaries of your progress. Proven sales experience within sponsorship and exhibitions is essential for the role, as well as demonstrable experience of creating bespoke marketing proposals.
