Their aim is to serve the advancement of clinical practice and drug research by enhancing the efficiency of communication among clinicians, researchers and decision-makers, and by providing innovative solutions to their information needs.
They are currently looking for a Senior Events Producer to build a profitable events business within their key sectors. This role reports directly into the Director of Events and you will work directly with both her and the CEO to create a strong growth strategy for the business, both through new launches and increasing revenues on existing events. As the business grows, this role is expected to develop into a management position.
This role will have hands-on content production responsibilities and you will also work closely with sales, marketing and logistics to ensure your events achieve their commercial objectives and are delivered flawlessly.
Primarily, though, you will be responsible for ensuring that the programme content strategy is right for each event.
We’re looking for at least three years’ experience of commercial event production – and ideally some involvement with the marketing and sales functions. You’ll have creative writing skills and will be a superb communicator.
This role is perfect for a conference producer looking to play a leading role in building an events division – and ultimately move into a management role.
